I'm writing this post on behalf of my GodmotI have to start off by saying this company is professional and accommodating to all of your floral needs. I am from out of town and called in at the last minute to place an order, upon placing this order I wanted my floral arrangement upgraded and she did just that in a timely manner. I really appreciate this floral shop and hope to use them again in the near future.
I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers from Detroit Floral. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner, ordered and delivered same day. But they were not as pictured. I expected them to be the bright colored flowers that were pictured in the FTD Warmth & Comfort Bouquet. As described it was supposed to be “sweet peach roses mingle with rusted red Asiatic lilies, orange spray roses and lush greens” but what was delivered were white lilies, with smaller white flowers, green flowers and only a few lightly pink colored roses that almost looked white. Happy with the timely manner, disappointed in the flowers being different from what I wanted.
