I ordered flowers on 2/12/2021, Friday. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 2/14/2021. Email saying they were delivered, but they were indeed not received by my mom who I was sending them to. I called today 2/15/2021 and a male answered the phone. I informed him that I received an email saying they were delivered, but when checking with my mom they were not. He took my phone number, order number, and said he’d call me back in ten minutes. That was 5 hours ago. No call or anything. Tried calling three times no answer! I’ve now called 6 times during the listed business hours and no answer. Looking at reviews I see this is a pattern. Google shows the real reviews, on their website they only show the “good” ones. Don’t spend your money here, as their customer service is terrible and they steal people’s money with no remorse. Terrible company.
